Career Camp Spring 2010
A week-long day program for high school students with special needs.

Enhances positive outcomes for youth transitioning into adulthood by
educating, empowering and motivating students to move forward after
high school.

Provides youth a great opportunity to explore and learn about different
career interests, as well as make new friends and have fun.

It is the first of its kind on the Big Island, and perhaps the State of
Hawaii.

Trained volunteers and staff will assist and accompany student groups
of 4 or less in self-exploration at various sites in the community.

Career Camp was developed in response to the needs of all youth with
disabilities, who require extra assistance into successful outcomes as
young adults.
