Made with Xara Full Life supports individuals with developmental disabilities in preparing for, obtaining and sustaining employment in their community at or above the State’s minimum wage. Full Life is authorized by the state of Hawaii to provide the following Employment Services:  Pre-vocational Activities include assessment, benefits counseling, job exploration, and developing a Career Plan (which may include developing specific job skills, volunteering, work trials, internships, or developing a business plan).  Individual Employment Supports support individuals in obtaining and sustaining employment in an integrated setting at or above the State’s minimum wage or to support Participants who chose self-employment.
