Supported Employment
Supported Employment services include all of the necessary assistance
needed to obtain, and keep a job. This includes job hunting, social skills while
at the job, and other necessary job skills such as showing up on time and
appropriate dress if this is needed. This would include having someone on the
job with you until you are able to work on your own.
These services are provided by hiring a person that you choose (someone
that Full Life recruits and you interview) and training them to support you in
your chosen areas. Full Life has a 3 day orientation, including CPR/1st Aid,
Positive Behavioral Supports, Self Determination training, and more, plus will
train the individual on your specific goals. Full Life also does background
checks, and pre-interviews the applicants before you interview them.
