Thursday, March 14, 2013, from 9:00am to 3:00pm, the Hawaii State Council on Developmental Disabilities presents A DAY AT THE CAPITOL. Meet with and talk to legislators about developmental disability issues that affect you and your family. There are scholarships for Neighbor Island residents.
