Full Life Support Employers through the 8th Annual Employers Forum!

Full Life, an active member of Hawaii County’s Workforce Solutions Consortium invite employers and employed participants to the upcoming 8 th Annual Disabilities Awareness Forum on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at the Hilo Aging and Disability Resource Center at 1055 Kinoole Street. This year’s event is in partnership with the East Hawaii Business Leadership Network and HIWEDO .

Workforce Solutions members like Full Life, will be sharing with employers the benefits of hiring persons with disabilities. This target population has proven to be extremely loyal to its employers, with turnover rates amongst the lowest of all workforce populations! As such, employers hiring and retention strategies would greatly improve human resource core capacity during these tough economic times.

As an active member of Workforce Solutions, Full Life successfully promotes our Employment Services Program participants as a workable solution to any workplace needs because numerous individuals with diverse disabilities have successfully labored in Blue-collar occupations to white-collar professions.

Please join us for a brief presentation and a complimentary continental breakfast, and an opportunity to learn more about a population that would greatly benefit any company. The collaborative goal of Full Life, through Workforce Solutions Consortium is the continuous promotion of persons with disabilities and their employability!

For more information and to RSVP for this exceptional event, please contact Mar Ortaleza , Employment Services Coordinator at mar@fulllifehawaii.org or (808)  935-7699.

Mahalo for your support!
