WHAT IS WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS CONSORTIUM?

Members of Hawaii County’s Workforce Solutions Consortium- West Hawai’i Island are made up of local and national agencies, small and large businesses as well as county and state agencies that share in promotion of the hiring of persons with disabilities.

Workforce Solutions members share with employers the benefits of hiring persons with disabilities. This target population has proven to be extremely loyal to its employers, with turnover rates amongst the lowest of all workforce populations!

Through monthly meetings and a variety of community events throughout the year, Workforce Solutions Consortium promotes persons with disabilities and their employability!
